URGENT!!!

BBQ Season is officially Open!

  1. Well....this isn't really BBQ in definition but it is really good and super easy.

    Shredded BBQ Beef sandwiches

    London Broil cut beef (mine was about 3 lbs)
    Crock pot
    1-2 cups BBQ sauce (or as much as you like.)
    Sliced, toasted bread or better yet, hogie rolls.

    Put meat in crock pot and cook on low for about 5 hours. Shred meat, don't worry about draining the juices, they will all be absorbed as you shred the meat. Remove any large fatty pieces (or you can trim the meat before putting it in the crock pot) Add BBQ sauce and serve on bread of choice. YUM!
